About Lucent Global
We have a lofty goal of making workplaces positive sources of meaning and enjoyment for people who work within them.
Lucent Global was founded in 2022 as the culmination of years of experience that our founder and coaching team have in supporting leaders and companies through significant transitions.
Our experience was that onboarding of new hires at senior levels was often ignored or poorly executed, leading to key talent being disengaged early in their tenure or even leaving. Feedback from individuals was that onboarding support (if any) tended to be technical or compliance oriented, with little support of strategic priorities or understanding their stakeholder landscape.
We also found that beyond the experience of the new starter, often the hiring leader lacked confidence in their ability to provide structure and framework to support these individuals.
Through our proprietary framework, we’re improving the initial period of people within companies or within new roles as we believe that this framing period sets the frame for their longer term influence, outcomes and experience in their role.
We also know that by creating a positive experience and building a foundation of trust and connection with stakeholders early on, that we create the conditions for a positive ripple effect to be experienced by employees, peers, clients and communities.
