Using a short and intensive coaching approach built around the activities and reflections we've learned from 15+ years of executive coaching and development experience, clients walk away with tangible results and the confidence to quickly take on their new roles.

Outcomes such as reducing the risk of early departures and shortening the time until individuals are up and running (both of which have very tangible financial impacts) help everyone feel confident in the first quarter planning and priorities.

Our transition process also increases clarity between individuals and managers about expectations and ways of working, supporting the person to be themselves in their new role or environment.

This is often done in coaching over a 6-12 month engagement but at Lucent, we achieve this in just a single day.

Our Founder Ellie Scarf is a former top tier corporate lawyer with over 15 years experience in executive coaching, leadership and talent development.

This passion mixed with this complexity lead her to develop our transition days to help build clarity and intention from the fog that is experienced by people and companies going through transitions.
